Congratulations Maddy! Madeline Hayden, the 2014 Hendricks County 4-H Fair Queen and a freshman at Purdue University studying speech, language and hearing sciences, won the title of Indiana State Queen Sunday, December 4, at the Indiana Farmers Coliseum. According to State Fair officials, Hayden, 18, became the first woman from Hendricks County to win the title since the State Fair began crowning a queen in 1958. Below is a link to the Indy Star article by Justin Mack. Congratulations Maddy and good luck on this new adventure! http://www.indystar.com/story/news/2015/01/04/hendricks-county-native-crowned-indiana-state-fair-queen/21264199/
