Hall A and Hall B (the Auditorium) may be rented as one large room or as two separate rooms and has the an overhead projector suspended from the ceiling in each room location.  There is a retractable screen in each room location as well.
There are options for a cordless microphone in each room; a wired microphone in each room or a wireless lapel microphone in each room.   This equipment does not come with the room rental, but may be rented according to the pricing sheet.   Note:    our wedding and business packages does include these items in the package price

Conference Rooms A & B may be rented as one large room or as two separate rooms.   Conference Room B, which includes the Demonstration Kitchen, has an overhead projector suspended from the ceiling and there is a retractable screen in this room location.   Conference Room A does NOT have a projector and screen.  Either of these room locations may have a wired microphone.  This equipment does not come with the room rental, but may be rented according to the pricing sheet.

Classrooms A, B & C may be rented as one large room, as two separted rooms or as three completely separated rooms.  Classroom C has an overhead projector suspended from the ceiling and there is a retractable screen in this room location.  Classrooms A & B do NOT have a projector and screen.  Any of these three rooms may have a wired microphone.  This equipment does not come with the room rental, but may be rented according to the pricing sheet.

Classrooms D, E & F may be rented individually.  They do NOT have a projector and screen.   They do NOT have microphone capabilities.

Board Room may be rented individually.  This room has a projector suspended from the ceiling and has a retractable screen.  It does NOT have microphone capabilities.  This equipment does not come with the room rental, but may be rented according to the pricing sheet.

Hendricks Power Expo Hall may be rented individually.  This room does NOT have a projector and screen.   There are options for a cordless microphone; a wired microphone or a wireless lapel microphone.  This equipment does not come with this rental location, but may be rented according to the pricing sheet.

Please note:   We also have one portable projector and screen that may be rented for areas that do not have this equipment or in the case that an additional projector and screen is needed.

Outer Grounds

The Livestock Buildings are not air conditioned or heated, but they do have electricity, lights and access to water.
The Horse Arena, the NSSB Show Arena and the Grandstands have cordless microphone or wired microphone capabilities.  This equipment does not come with the rental, but may be rented according to the pricing sheet.

There is one portable sound system that is available as a rental option for the outer buildings.
