The spectacular Equine Center featuring a 34,000 sq. ft. Horse Pavilion and 43,840 sq. ft covered Horse Arena is one of the premier facilities in the Midwest.

The Equine Center amenities include 150 stalls, indoor and outdoor make up arenas, indoor and outdoor wash stalls, covered seating for 1,000, an air-conditioned announcer stand and wheelchair accessible restrooms. Adjacent to the arena is an additional building that can accommodate 120 more horse stalls.

The Horse Pavilion can be converted for trade shows and expositions, and the Horse Arena is ideal for horse pulls, livestock shows, small concerts and large open-air events.

*RENTAL DISCLAIMER

All rental contracts require a Damage Deposit. The maximum Damage Deposit is $1,000.00. Events with Alcohol permission require a separate Alcohol Deposit of $250.00, a separate Rental/Alcohol fee of $250.00 and compliance with established Alcohol Policy Contract.

Renters must follow ALL facility policies in order for deposit(s) to be refunded.

All rental fees, liability insurance requirements and signed rental contract must be collected prior to the event.

Special Events charging admission or parking fees will be subject to a percentage revenue sharing agreement.
