Pavilions A and C provide two options for enclosed multi-purpose exhibit space suitable for commercial exhibits, agricultural events, auctions or large gatherings and meetings.

Pavilion A provides an enclosed 80’ x 100’ area with 8,000 sq. ft. for small trade shows, meetings, large gatherings, family reunions or exhibit space.

Pavilion C is a 9,600 sq. ft. enclosed structure that can accommodate large gatherings, meetings, family reunions, and exhibit space.

Concrete flooring, easy load-in areas, wide entrances, multiple overhead doors and ADA accessibility are added conveniences of both pavilions.

All rental contracts require a Damage Deposit. The maximum Damage Deposit is $1,000.00. Events with Alcohol permission require a separate Alcohol Deposit of $250.00, a separate Rental/Alcohol fee of $250.00 and compliance with established Alcohol Policy Contract.

Renters must follow ALL facility policies in order for deposit(s) to be refunded.

All rental fees, liability insurance requirements and signed rental contract must be collected prior to the event.

Special Events charging admission or parking fees will be subject to a percentage revenue sharing agreement.
