Hendricks County 4-H Livestock Super Sale Buyers,
It’s Fair Week in we are at Day 2 and super excited to kick off this years fair. We had some rain last night, but the forecast for later in the week, and especially Friday looks very promising for an awesome 2025 Hendricks County Fair.
You, or possibly your office, should receive a letter and information in the mail today or the next couple of days. It is attached if someone else received or it did not get to you. The envelope also included a pass to get into the fair for free on Friday for the Super Sale.
We will be in the same format this year as 2024, and will be doing some fun things to highlight our 10-year 4-Her’s who are selling live. Come and see the excitement we look to generate, it will be great.
The initial Super Sale Bill is attached. It will change, but will also be online (we will update throughout the week) at 4-H Livestock Super Sale. You will find links to be able to give directly to the Super Sale Fund, which is distributed EQUALLY to all 4-Her’s in the Super Sale. There will also be a place you can download and get an Add-On form that you can submit back ahead of the sale, or bring it with you on Friday night.

Friday – July 18 – NSSB Arena
4:30 pm – Registration
5:30 p.m. - Dinner – Porkburger, chips, and drink along with $5 of Fair Bucks for you to use for dessert at the vendor of your choice.
Should be complete by 7:30 pm
